The impact of early access was noted by the developer, as it thanked players who opted in during the process. It noted that 700,000 units were purchased during the early access period but that’s still a whopping 300,000 units sold in the few days since it launched.
According to the developer on Twitter, Hades has crossed one million units sold. It’s had an incredible journey since going into early access on the Epic Games Store in December 2018 and the sales have reflected that. Supergiant Games’ Hades recently released for PC and Nintendo Switch to great praise.
